I never watch her show but i watched the other night the doc she just recently did called "why we did it" about the real rea$ons we went to iraq. It was really well done. Rand Paul agrees.

I find the statement "Rachel Maddow is the smartest person in the world" deliberately ignorant. Considering the source, that's the way it was intended.
So I don't understand the 99th percentile reference, nor quite frankly, do I know what Maddow's intellect actually is. I do know her arguments are often far from rational intellectually.
