Ollie is the damn man. If you haven't listened to his interviews or press conferences do it. The dude oozes swag and confidence. It's infectious.

Obviously a great coach but I wouldn't be shocked if Calhoun was helping him gameplan behind the scenes.

I wouldn't say he sucked as an nba player, he had a long career. He was a role player, unless every role player sucks. He wasn't even drafted.

As far as I'm concerned, this was Calhoun's team. But Ollie deserves a lot of credit. Probably the next best guy for the job. He had Calhoun's full endorsement.
