Does Ross Dellenger have any ties to LSU?

i noticed in his bio that he's covered auburn, missouri, and jackson state already.
so i didnt know if he was originally from here and found his way back home, or if lsu was just another pit stop.

His is a Missouri alumnus. His wife, who is another Missouri grad, also works for the Advocate. I think his ties to LSU are through Matthew Harris being on the Advocate LSU beat also from Missouri.

he's probably referring to his tweets. He can be pretty negative at times. He doesnt bother me much though.

i don't care much for him anymore. since he tweeted 2 stories in 30 minutes pointing out Bouman's DUI. then tried to deny it when i called him on it.

He's from Biloxi, and he graduated from Mississippi State. I've known him since we were kids, our dads coached together. Also, I don't think he went to Missouri, unless it was for graduate school. He's a really good guy, but as most of you know, even the best reporters write some controversial stories that you may not agree with sometimes.

Ross is from Jackson, Ms. Don't know if he grew up an LSU fan or not, but he doesn't stir the pot with meaningless stories like Matt Harris likes to do -- at least, not nearly as much.
For the most part, Ross does a good job. Same with Matt, when his mind is focused on reporting and not trying to stir the pot.

Ross was brought in to beef up LSU coverage as Les East got the unkind boot to Southern coverage. No prior ties to LSU or Baton Rouge but good guy and solid writer.
