I think he would be an immediate upgrade over Monty.

Idk if he's ready for the jump right now, but Kevin Ollie is an alphamale badass. If you listen to this guy's interviews or press conferences you will think you're listening to a black Patton.

The dude is so confident and so sure of himself and the direction of his program it's infectious.

When asked about chasing his first championship he said somehting along the lines of (I'm paraphrasing from what I remember):

"I don't worry about that. We're going to win Championships here. I'm not gonna chase Championships. I want Championships to chase me."

LoL. Winning with Calhoun's players. Even Trent Johnson made the tournament with a good team...

Yeah, I'm not sure how, but bama fans are going to give Nick Saban credit for UCONN's run this year.

Nick Saban decided to not recruit them for his football team, therefore he allowed them to pursue basketball and win the title.

Watching the championship game, I was really unimpressed by Calipari. He certainly slowed UConn down with the 2-3 zone, but his offensive sets were pitiful. Dude knows how to game the AAU circuit for superior talent, but his actually coaching ability is suspect.

El oh el. He has done okay with Calhoun's players and the college game. But I don't think he is any where near ready to be a pro coach.
