Derek Carr how good will he be?

Teams seem wary because of his brother being a bust as the number 1 pick (although his brother played 9 years in NFL)
How do you believe Derek will do? Some scouts see him as the possible 4th QB chosen after Bridgewater, Manziel, and Bortles

kind of hard to judge. Their offense was predicated on a lot of routes that were less than 10 yards(hell, mostly less than 5 yards). That makes me think their receivers may be solid at the next level when you look at some of their yac totals.

USC was the one defense (especially d-line) that he played with a pulse and he looks confused and basically terrible.

He went from Pat Hill and a pro style offense to Tim DeRuyter and a spread offense. On his Pro Day he reverted back to what his pro style offense showed him in that he threw more vertical routes

Luke McCown type guy IMO. Solid 10 year career as a backup and spot starter.
