Reliant Stadium tailgating

If you're going to the Wisconsin game, you need to check out the tailgating rules at Reliant. Parking (and tailgating) begins 4 hours before kickoff. You have to be out an hour after the game. You are not allowed onto the grounds without a game ticket or a tailgating pass (that has to be bought ahead of time - no options for this at the entrance areas). Etc.

These are Texans tailgating rules, maybe they're just using them for the game as well. Curious how U Houston was treated last year, as they played many home games at Reliant while the new stadium was being built.
The ticket rule came about a few years ago during a preseason Cowboys-Texans game when TPOS Cowboys "fans" who weren't going to the game, just hanging in the parking lots instigated multiple fights.
