Minecraft is one of those games that keeps a steady flow of viewers. Titanfall is gonna fall fast, especially with no competitive aspect to the game thus far.

I know nothing of Titanfall, but like you said, if there is no competitive scene for the game, you're already in a hole (especially when it comes to online streamers)

I'm sure Respawn and EA are pulling all nighters to come up with a plan to get Titanfall's twitch numbers up.

Yeah you're right, less viewers and streamers is a great thing in Respawn's eyes.

Are we talking about people watching other people play Minecraft?

Minecraft is consistently one of the top 10 most streamed games on Twitch.

Titanfall has certainly experienced a precipitous decline in viewership, though.

To me its the best FPS to watch out of the big 3, pretty action packed. I can see why streamers don't want to watch because of the competitive aspect, but my girlfriend likes watching me play and she hates first person games.

Shooter games fluctuate all throughout the day if you watch. You posted this at 2 am, a lot of viewers may have been asleep; as well as streamers.

It also depends on who is streaming it. If OpTic Gaming's Nadeshot were to stream the game it would probably pull close to 10,000 viewers if not more.

Like others said, Minecraft has a strong following on Twitch and is very consistent. You'll see games like Call of Duty and DayZ drop at random times, just like you are with Titanfall.

Also like someone else pointed out, it has no competitive market. Most pro gamers believe this game will never have a competitive market because too many things in the game make it OP that they couldn't ban to make it competitive.

They are most likely watching people play modded versions of it and not the vanilla version. The hunger games mod and other pvp mods get a lot of views on youtube as well.

As well as people that do series on MC like Syndicate.

I've never understood the whole "watching a stream of someone else playing a game" not to mention who gives a shite if more people are watching something else.

I could care less how many people play/watch. I enjoy playing. And as long as there is at least 11 others that play I know I will always have a full room to play with. All that matters to me
