How to post a table or doc formatted from word please

I am trying to post a document I created on word and used tabs etc to create a table with 3 columns-it looks terrible, how can I get it to post with rows aligned etc.?

Screenshot it. Save to appropriate image hosting site. Copy link url and paste using img button. That'll be $50 sir

this, or you have to use some sort of underscore or other character to break it up.
Ex.
Col A _ _ _ _ Col B _ _ _ _ Col C
Dog _ _ _ _ _ Cat _ _ _ _ _ Boobs
arse _ _ _ _ _ Hat _ _ _ _ _ Sandwich
