Barca B haven't been that great this year. But Juvenile A has been amazing. Can't wait till those guys get called up.

What if they somehow managed to win the Copa del Rey, would they be eligible for Europe? Do they even compete?

They also aren't eligible to participate in the play-in games for the Segunda, they are passed over when it comes to tabulating promotion, but not relegation.

Same rules apply in Germany reserve sides don't get passed the 3rd division or even the 4th regional leagues. The 3rd used to be regional but not sure how it works after restructuring.

I think that reserve teams used to play in the Copa del Rey, though they don't now. IIRC, RM met Castilla in like the SFs
