A single Pelicans bar light anywhere. In fact I still see that Hornets one in plenty of bars. What is the deal?

I am definitely interested in buying one, but it looks like only Anheauser-Busch contracted bars can get one and they are not for public sale.
If I am spending half a G on one I don't want some unofficial crap like the pics I posted above.
