Yeah, as long as it's not a drawn-out thing (like a stomach virus or food poisoning), usually letting it all out feels so much better if you've been feeling gross from a hangover or something.

I ate a piece of sushi once that was caked in ghost pepper extract. It all came back up around 45 minutes after. It was even more painful coming back up but I was really glad it didn't exit from the other optional orifices.

Carry a huge water bottle to where you are puking. Force yourself to drink water so you dont dry heave.

vomiting isn't terrible. I would think having a drill bit enter into your eyeball slowly while your head is incapacitated and you are fully awake would rate high on the terrible list.
