Who is the most anti-social person you know?

One of my relatives is a total recluse/ hermit. Hasn't left the house in a year. Dropped out of BRCC. Hasn't spoken to a friend or had contact with a girl in years

That's really depressing. There's likely an underlying cause for this. Does this individual suffer from some form of PTSD or schizophrenia?
Does he have a disfiguring skin condition or perhaps developed a bone deformity or growth? Seems kind of odd that any individual would shut out the world and end all relationships for no apparent reason.

I was notorious for being a recluse years ago but since joining the OT that has changed with pep talks from friends here. I'm headed out soon now for drinks, cigars and gonna bang some chicks, total baller.
