Where you get it from?
What year is it?
Hex receiver?
Bore condition?

Congrats on the MAN rifle

Cosmoline wasn't hard just time consuming. I still have some more cleaning to do but got the majority off.

I ordered it from classic firearms. It's a round receiver. Bore looks great. I have no clue about the year. What's the best way of finding out?

Round receiver is probably post 1939, it should say it on top of the barrel, right in front of the rear sight.

just an example

Nice. I'm so ready for my C&R license to get here. I'm gonna order an M44 from them, soon as it's here...probably a 91/30 as well.

I'm no expert but I would say it's in pretty good condition for a gun made in 1939. I paid 139 for it plus shipping and ffl fee

Damn, I was close

I'm on the M39 Finn Mosin kick now, those things are incredible. Had an M44 before I had to sell it, was also fun as hell.

Yah. Cheaper in the long run. I bought one can a few weeks ago, without having a rifle yet.

I got a type 53 (Chicom M 44) from them and is a great shooting weapon....you don't want to put an 880 round can through it though.
