Recreational/Hunting Land SELA/SWMS

Looking for a 150 - 400+ acre tract of land in the Felicianas or Wilkinson/Amite Counties. I know a lot of these tracts are word of mouth before ever hitting the market. Anyone know of someone looking to sell or who would be a good person to call to find out. Thanks in advance!

I know of a piece, roughly 200 acres, that has a house/lodge on it off Old 61 near us......I think he's asking 900k-ish
