Taylor Lewan is on NFL AM....

I had heard how athletic he was, and was pleasantly surprised when the AM crew put up video of his in game display.
What I did not realize was how intelligent the guy is. He really took on every question asked of him, and gave very articulate answers. He also stayed cool and collected when the assault subject was broached.
He did not get into specifics about the incident (probably could not), but he did state that he believes that the situation will be resolved.
Would not be upset if he happened to fall to us.

I imagine they have been coached like this, but they both must have moderate intelligence to capitalize on the instructing.
CJ2K has been "coached" on this for years.......and he still sounds like a dumbass.

Before the charges were brought up he was a top 15 consensus pick. All NFL teams knew about it prior to it coming out. It would have to be a lot more serious than it seems to drop him all the way to us.

I haven't seen, nor will I see said interview. Not interested.
But no amount of coaching can polish a turd into gold. You either have good speaking skills or you don't. You can probably help someone with a speech impediment, make it less noticeable, but that's not the same as just not being well-spoken.
