It's down 20% in the last one month alone from its all time high. They had great reception to House of Cards Season 2, but since then it has been down hill.
Any particular headwinds causing this sell off other than the rumored Apple-Comcast deal?

Aren't they losing House of Cards? That could be part of it.

I think the Apple/Comcast deal (Which is fricking stupid for Apple)... Pick the worst fricking service provider.
Also the fact that Netflix is going to have to pay out more money to providers to continue allowing customers to stream at the right speeds.

The whole Nasdaq is getting hammered, I don't think it's anything to do with the actual business. People seem to be pulling money out of the high flyers right now.
One of my best performers YTD so far dropped over 25% the past 3 days! That's off of no news at all.

they are by far the biggest provider cable provider. i imagine it's more about scale and less about quality. land the biggest fish first to get momentum in their favor

Which goes against what Apple has stood for. Their customer service is second to none. Now they will have people going through comcast for support on their products
Comcast is only second to AT&T in shitty customer service.

No idea, but NFX appears to be doing well.

Trailing P/E of 195.71; forward P/E of 54.77.
In other words, if you bought the company today and they have had as good a business as they currently have and don't have any growth, it would take you almost 55 years to earn back that money.
Looking at their subscriber base, they grew 20% overall on a unique HH basis to 23M customers. To compare, that is roughly 1/5 of the digital TV subscribers from 3 years ago, and about the same size as Time Warner Cable. How much more growth is possible for them?
The other headwind NFLX faces is in terms of being a burden on broadband services; I think I read somewhere that they are 1/3 to 1/2 of the evening traffic for any given ISP. The ISP's bear significant costs of delivery and it's hard to believe that they will simply allow NFLX to continue to be a burden on their networks and product performance without figuring out a way to get NFLX or NFLX subscribers to pay for it.
Just one man's $0.02.....

Amazon released a statement that they will begin to provide free streaming of music & TV. This made NFLX shares drop
