Does anyone know if you can ask for old text records from Verizon? Do they keep copies and make them available to you?

TIA

The actual message or the numbers messaged?

From what I hear, the actual text isn't saved.

They want you to believe the context of a text isn't saved, but it actually is. However, only certain people have access or can obtain access. There's usually a major investigation taking place in order to obtain the records, like murder or terrorism type crime.

They can provide you a log of numbers that text were sent to and received from with a time stamp.

Maybe you should explain to her about how you were mentioned by the Washington Post that time, that should impress her.

Would be interested to know how she got them if not off his phone.

Would deny that shite and claim she planted it anyway.

The husband of the lady he was messing with actually caught them.He got the cell phone bill and saw the # of texts was through the roof.He called the carrier and got the transcripts. He then called the number that the majority of the texts were sent to and from which happened to be my wifes friends husband. They both divorced their spouses, got married to each other and are now divorced. Its funny how that shite works out

I am looking for both actually.

You guys are pretty funny. I may need copies that I had saved on an old phone and then did a factory reset it before realizing I was losing these texts.

It has to do with a company that is refusing to pay for repairs they requested.

That whole escapade with the Washington Times actually unsettled her. She's not paranoid but she could see the government listening in to my calls after that.
