Which national union do they affiliate with?
I'm saying Teamsters or ILA because they are accustomed to using their muscle to get what they want.

I'm gonna go with Teamsters too.

They don't have to affiliate with a national. I've seen some independent locals that are borderline company controlled (which is illegal) who stayed away from a national because they didn't like the dues structure.

This is a UNION ! They all make the same wage regardless of their contribution to the effort.
