While a loop would be great, the majority of these interstate gridlocking incidents are tractor trailers passing through that for whatever reason can't stay on the road.

one of my employees watched this one happen. She said everyone was stopped and an 18 wheeler never hit the brakes. He plowed through four vehicles, two of them flipped over. People need to pay more freaking attention when driving these trucks.

This. A fender bender here or there with regular traffic, but these guys in rigs frick shite up on a daily basis.

Looks like all of those big rig lawyers will swoop in looking for a payday.
