It's the same study. They're just releasing the findings and the plan for a (hopefully) improved system.

Adding an additional 8,000 seats is not going to change anything one way or another. There's BEEN a traffic problem for decades now. The BRPD does not help, as all those officers seemingly do is stand by the barricades and hit the buttons controlling the red lights. And the further away from TS they are, the less they do. Extending contra flow seems a common sense approach & make it last longer & run further out. Last I heard, BRPD simply stopped using it a few yrs ago with no word to the wise to anyone at LSU. But any study coming from TAF will no doubt involve more money being spent by the average LSU fan.

Parking and traffic have been major problems for at least a decade.
They need a parking deck somewhere on that end of campus and Nicholson needs to be widened south of Burbank...for starters.

Highland needs to be widened as well, but apparently that's an issue because it's a historic road

Agree on widening Highland and Nicholson. That would probably be 1/2 the solution by itself (if widening Highland is even possible). But the truth is, BR is not set up to handle the traffic that comes with large crowds, like we have seen at Jerry World or in Atlanta.

Widening of Nicholson south of Burbank? Of course this is feasible.
Widneing of Highland through the heart of campus? 0% this ever happens anytime soon. That would be catastrophic for months/years...

An on-ramp to east I-10 at Dalrymple to provide an easier route out for north and east campus.
Widen Nicholson south to bluebonnet (all the way to I-10 would be preferable but that would make too much sense) to provide more flow for those on the south side of campus.
