For the sake of arguement, let's say that the Bears have an above average draft in May.

Does their work in free agency make them legit contenders for the NFC?

Cutler is still the QB, yes, and with many weapons.

I think he should improve considering Trestman is a QB guru and also it won't be the first year in this offensive system.
