Winchester Longbeard XR question

I usually just shoot standard lead 4 shot for turkey. I use an HS strut undertaker choke, is an xtra full choke. I picked up some 3" longbeard shells today. Anyone ever used them?

I shoot 3 1/2 4's and I smoked the bird today at 50 yds.

are you shooting through an extra full choke?
