Better start fitting the fricking rings now. I'm afraid the bullpen could be just as bad as last year

The bullpen will be 10x better IMO.

I'm more worried about the outfield. It's craptastic.

Fowler is the gem, and Grossman is a scrapper, but I think Krauss is a defensive liability in RF

With less than a week left till the season, I'm still hopeful Crane can figure out some kind of streaming method to get the astros on tv

I'd prefer it that way too smoke.

But Harrell has had the better spring, so it will be his to start with

I expect Hoes to end up taking most of those ABs from Krauss. Not that it's a huge improvement. Springer can't come fast enough.

I'm also holding out hope for TV. I get MLB.TV anyways, it's BS I can't just stream it that way

If you just add Springer to the outfield and Singleton at first, all of a sudden, that's not THAT terrible of a lineup.

ETA: and Anthony Bass is as good as OKC bound as soon as Crain comes off the DL

Amen brother.

Plus it will force Krauss, Guzman and Carter into direct competition for DH at bats. That can only make the team better.

Agreed. I will say that if Cosart can show his success last year was legit I will be rock hard about the future of the rotation

Yep. Soon enough we will be replacing placeholders like Peacock & Harrell for Folty and Appel

Paging the DAT faithful:

Prominentwon, TigerRyno, ShaneTheLeg, msutiger, CQQ, droman225, smokedawg, LSUhoohoo:

Who all has Comcast?

I'd like to be able to keep the game threads going all season long. We kinda tailed off at the all star break last year...understandably so as we were sitting on about 27 wins.

I'll take opening day if nobody objects.

Days of note where we really need a good DAT thread...

Opening Day

Winning streaks (need to be started by the same person as long as the streak is alive)

Springer's call up needs to be an extravaganza.

Same with Singleton and Folty.

Also, what do you guys think about a DAT get together at MMP?

I don't have Comcast. I'll probably follow on game tracker like I did last year. It's hard to participate in game threads when you can't watch unfortunately.

If you have the TuneIn app, I will post radio stations to look up that carry the games

Yeah I will definitely use that, thanks. I'll be able to watch whenever we play the Rangers as well
