I sitting here watching the game and totally different SMU team entered the second half. I have no clue how SMU flipped the game around.

They up'ed the intensity which is easy to do at home. Made a few shots and got the crowd back in it. We missed a few shots and next thing you know they're up by 10.

Nic Moore was sitting at his locker and he turned and there was a crank right in his face, Larry Brown.

Rather than that I'd like to learn something. WTF did Larry Brown do?

They started making shots and we went cold. They're a really good team playing in a raucous home gym. Pretty simple.

Also felt like Brown got on the refs and the weak minded NIT refs caved to a NBA HOF coach changed how they were calling in the second half.

Stopped shooting dumb shots
Stopped our transition buckets
Realized we have zero half court offense or defense
Raped 2nd half
Won game

Team played hard, missed shots. SMU starting executing. Jones didn't make many adjustments and Larry Brown did IMO.

have you ever seen lsu make cuts like SMU did in the second half?
never was anyone standing still, everyone had an objective and a purpose in the half court
a meaning in the offense and a role...

we actually had some great half court sets this game.

We don't have athletic guards that can penetrate and get to the rim like they do, especially when they start draining it from the outside.

And those cuts were open because we were pressing
