i said that I will buy season tix again when they hire a real coach. It actually felt great. I will go to as many games as I can next year but I find no reason to pay face value when people are buying lowers for 5-10 bucks. simple supply and demand says that it is not wise to pay their price for something that the resale market values at a much lower level.

People who are renewing.... how do you justify the cost when you could pay less on the ticket exchange and still go to every game?

I told my rep that he has himself and AD to thank for my renewing. I'm not missing a single year of AD in NOLA.

I'd rather pay two bucks for a ticket on Stubhub

they didn't pass simple math classes and do not know how to judge a REAL NBA head coach. i wonder if they get free stickers for being a season ticket holder during the Monty Williams era?

As soon as I feel the need to justify my renewal, I'll let you know.

BTW, how will you handle it if they become successful with Monty as a coach? They've been playing much better lately, and the one thing you can't argue is that they do play hard for the guy. I dunno. We'll see.

Yeah when everyone is healthy this team is going to be very good.

If I lived close I would buy tickets.

Monty may be the right coach and this team could take off. I have no idea what will happen. But i think they will still have tickets available if I believe it is the right time to return. We have never sold out.

I am not wishing ill on the team and i will still be at 90% of the games. I just do not see season tix as the way to go at this point.

Did you also mention that AD will undoubtedly leave if we don't start winning (I.e. keep Williams) and once AD moves you won't buy tickets?

I renewed because I believe in this team long term, and I want basketball in NOLA long term. I know my puny tickets won't accomplish that, but it does at least help somewhat. I like doing my part.

This team would be legit now if we were healthy.

I'm not saying Monty is a bad coach. I just think we need to go a different direction now. Change of scenery like in baseball does good for everyone at times.

I want a change at head coach as well. I think we have a lot of talent on this team that could get wasted with a coach that does not know how to use it. However, if everyone cancelled their tickets because they do not like Monty, we would be watching the team in another city shortly.

We locked here till 2025, and if people aren't confident in this team when healthy then I don't know what to say.
