Loomis hopes Sproles trade won't 'bite' Saints

I read this today. Figured I'd leave it here. I agree with most of the board that it sucked to see him go, but NO will be better with the money spent on Byrd and a extra draft pick.

I think we could have gotten better than a 5th honestly. There seemed to plenty of interest. I do sense a bit of feeling we had to settle.

You serious? I was shocked we got a 5th. 30+ year old running backs have almost no value in terms of trades. There's always a chance that they're a season away from being done.
