I asked this question a few weeks ago in another thread, but got no answer. Say my computer at work stays logged into TD all the time. When I'm at home, out of state, etc, can what I post on my phone be seen by the IT people at work? I'm posting about fat chicks here on the job site, and I don't want to get in trouble at work. FYI, my phone is not a work provided phone.

Pretty sure if you were all that concerned about not getting in trouble at work, you would be working and not fricking off.

Okay, great. I'm assuming TD on my desktop needs to be updated before my posts are loaded.

Why would you be posting on your work computer if you were that worried? Why not post only from your phone then.

I don't. But sometimes I forget to log out, and I might be out of state for a month.

If your company PCs don't lock after a few minutes of inactivity, they have more to worry about than whether you're making fun of fat chicks online..

I think he's more worried about IT checking his internet use and finding all the TD posting on company time.

If your phone has a connection with a company wifi then they can read it. If you're using your personal phone though they won't know whose it is.

And if you're on the road posting through who knows what then they Def can't read it.

keep in mind this is the same person who's only concerned because he's making fun of fat chicks...i wonder if his company supplied his helmet for the mentally challenged or if he has to bring is his own...

I think you're being paranoid

They don't get a log of the posts but I guess they could open your account and look at your post history

You're really screwed if you post on your phone, and the company logs onto your computer and checks out your post history since you're always logged into TD on your work computer and you're posting on your phone.
Is this what you're worried about?
