Half of the rant was still pooping in their diapers last time that happened.

It's a solid step in the right direction, regardless of what some idiots want to say. Disappointing season due to a few select games, but I truly believe we're on the right track.

I think JJ was the right hire, but lets not act like we weren't disappointing this season.

He's bringing the talent in. Last year we overachieved and this year we underachieved.

with JOB gone, and Gray and Hornsby in next season, i expect to see his game plan executed better.....JOB is a great talent and i will miss him, but I feel next year's team will fit JJ's mold better so he'll have less excuses for poor performance

And honestly i think we'll finish the regular season with a better record as well, at least 20 wins IMO...

This. JOB is our best player at the moment and has had a really nice career, but I think this could be a case of addition by subtraction. We'll see (I hope) a faster pace, better outside shooting, more cuts to the basket and won't just look DIRECTLY to the post every single possession. Having taller, slashing guards will be nice. I really wish we could find another Carmouche.

I agree. We should be able to push the 4 with our 1-4 guys and have a dominant postman Robinson

What about the 4-star, 7', 330lb center?

He will be in the 275 to 280 lbs range by the start of the coming season, he will be a space eater until he adjusted to the speed of the game.
