Spinosa loses again on Rouzan zoning

I know some people on the board have been following this. Seems that the Appellate Court denied the motion to reconsider their prior decision. Leaving Spinosa with the options of going to the state Supreme Court or going back to the EBR Zoning Commission for new zoning approval.

I am still interested as to whether he will represent his new homeowners if they have to seek rezoning or if he will leave them on their own.
