As you may recall, this resulted in the sequester, which Obama and the Dems (and apparently some Republicans) hated.
I guess the worthless "line drawing" hammers the point home that he's completely full of shite.

Therein lies the problem. Inside the beltway republicans are no different than democrats. The establishment R's are in it for their own butts, not their beliefs or wishes of their constituency. Other than Ted Cruz, Rand Paul, and a few others, there is NO ONE on the hill that represents "We the People".
