Please help: Trying to combine youtube video and gif...gag video of sorts

So I'm trying to take the following video (with the specified time block)...
5:17-5:21
And create either a video (with the same music in it) or a gif by combining it with the following...
All of my previous attempts have failed. Now for a little backstory...
The sergeant represented in the video is our training NCO for ROTC, and as a prior Drill Instructor she is very strict at times. Lucky for us, memes provide a little comedic relief. The .gif serves two purposes - humor for the takedown, and the guy is a spitting image of someone in our battalion (and poster here).
Any help is appreciated.

Is there a reason the gif is sped up a bunch at the end? I thought maybe it was just my phone but...

Different frame rates for the two gifs I combined. Was in a rush to get kid to school.
