Considering there is still a draft and more free agent signings to go, what's the point?

Too close to last year IMO. You always get one or two bad teams coming out of nowhere to be good, and one or two good teams collapsing.

Same reason as getting a progress report or checking your grade after midterms... To see your rankings and how they might progress after the draft and free agency ends.

49ers, Carolina, and Chicago goes downhill.

Packers, Bucs, Ravens, and cardinals get better. I almost had browns going 10-6 with their offensive capabilities, but don't think their defense will hold up yet under a first year coach. I do think they have the players to surprise people though.

So he can put the Saints 1st and have the Panthers at 4-12.

I agree that I don't think the Panthers can sustain the success they had last year, and on top of that they have a tough schedule with away games in Green Bay, Baltimore, Cincy, Philadelphia, and NO of course. They also have the Steelers, Bears, and Seahawks at home.

With that they said they also have the Lions, Vikings, Browns, and the Bucs and Falcons twice on the schedule. I think they can get more than 4 Ws.

I don't think that's why, it's not like everyone doesn't already know the Panthers are terrible.

Panthers lost a lot. They have yet to replenish. They will beat the Vikings and one of the Bucs and falcon games. Their 4th win may come against the Saints since they lose to them once a year it seems. I don't see Panthers winning more than that as of right now. And as for the saints being first in the division, I did it because I don't like the chances of the other teams in the south as well.

Agreed...Tedford could make Tannehill or Mr. butt fumble look like a great QB

at least 12 wins

Losing a few members of their secondary and just do not think their offense will be as successful.

Ehh, anywhere from 6-10 wins. They are a wildcard on offense, but still have Cam Newton and a great, too notch defense.

Also think bucs are too high panthers win more than 4 simply because of defense, and bears win more than 6

All are very unrealistic barring something catastrophic, IMO.

Carolina won 12 games last year and will win more than 4 games, Chicago has more than enough talent to win over 6 games, Seattle is still the best team in the league until proven otherwise (and it isn't really close), and Denver will not win 15 games.
