GTA 5, or wait for UFC?

Thinking about getting GTA, but then I want UFC. Which route to go and/or what other games do recommend trying?
Never tried games like Assassins Creed or Last of Us, stuff like that. Just never was really interested in them. Been hooked on UFC, GTA and other sports game forever.

Yeah, it's been years since I played GTA. Last one I played was San Andreas on the ps2 
. I know, it's been a while
UFC on the other hand, I've played 10 and Undisputed 3 on the 360. Getting a little dry with madden so we need a change of scenery

I could do that, but I think UFC is only for next gen so getting ps4 is a need first anyways. I meant which to invest in as of now. Pre-order UFC for ps4, or get GTA for the 3. Now if I can find a good deal for GTA then hell yeah I'd do that, but both are $60, just trying to see what the word is on both since no difference in price.

They don't even have a release date for UFC. Just pre-order it, buy GTA 5.

Hit Craigslist man. I see GTA V listings almost bi-daily. Prolly snag one for about $30-$40

Ill sell you my copy of GTA for 30 bucks if you have PayPal. I was ab to go to GameStop but im sure they'll give me like 10 bucks for it.
