I am contemplating soliciting the services of a realtor in Baton Rouge, so I will need some names, preferably accompanied by head shots, of the hot BR agents.
Who does the OT suggest based on looks alone?

And the average looking agents made the same income as the attractive agents because they did more volume.

There was a smoking hot chick trying to sell me a house a year ago, when I was looking. Wish I would've taken a picture with her. When I walked in, I was like, "God damn". House had a stupid layout, smelled like dog piss, and the people were sort of hoarders. It took me 5 seconds to realize I didn't want the house, but I stayed for 30 minutes talking to the agent. After that, she said she was glad I did because the homeowner(who was there) would've complained if I walked in and out in under a minute
Point being.....a hot agent won't sell your house to people just because she is hot. It isn't like they put an offer in on the spot. Maybe if the buyers are total retard, living in the basement of mom's house type guys, but not on regular people. If your house is garbage, your house is garbage

"Better" is probably referring to sales numbers. Which doesn't mean they do the job better, it's just a job where people prefer dealing with a more attractive person. People flex their wallets around someone their trying to impress.

Well see, we were about to leave, but all of the sudden, like it does in South La in the summer, the rain starting coming down in buckets. It was her idea to wait it out, we both found our way to the one sofa in the living room that happen to still be there in the empty house.
I'm guessing it would go something like that.

To me, this supports eager = pretty. With pretty doing less work.
