Directv Doubleplay question

My directv box is locked with some double play function. It says two different shows are playing but the red dvr light isn't on. I click "select" to stop double play and nothing stops for either show. I've turned the box off three times now and nothing.
Any ideas here? This has never occurred before.

If anything ever goes wrong with my box, I hit the reset button and it fixes itself

You can log online to your account and reset your receiver. That should fix it.

I reset it 10 minutes or so ago. It's still rebooting.

Unplug it and it will reset. You can switch back and forth between two different shows using dbl play by hitting the down arrow. I think exit will pull up the end dbl play option.

I got to the end double play option, but it locked up when selected. I haven't talked to a Directv representative overseas in a while. Maybe it's time.
