Giving details of trials that he presided over was really stupid and unethical, but he's otherwise getting hammered for saying stuff that most of us on here could have easily let slip only half seriously. I feel pretty bad for the guy too.

Ironically it's why they are hated so much. MSNBC and CNN can't even pull in HALF the ratings.
