Looking to hire a graphic designer to clean up my company's current logo. Any recommendations?

Look at the work of some of the guys on the Fark Board. I'm sure there's enough talent there. And I'm sure quite a few of them would take the job.

Depends on what level you want. Plenty of websites that offer cheap services.

What kind of company?
My buddy owns PG Nola and he does some incredible stuff. When the NFL was in town for the Super Bowl they hired him so that speaks to his abilities. He does vinyl wraps on vehicles so he can translate your logo to your vehicles as well.
