Moving out of the parents house...

How old were you and what were your reasons for moving out? My girlfriend made the comment that most girls her age(25), I'm 24, want a guy that's independent, and know more about how the world works. Now, I have a full time job that pays extremely well for my age, but I've never really had a reason to move out quite yet. Apparently, I will be soon if I tend to keep anyone interested in me long enough. Lol.
I feel like I should disassociate myself with people who think like that, but I also don't want to be living with my parents at the age of 30. The past 3 years of my life have been a blur, and feel like 30 will be here tomorrow. What's the OT think?

I'm 23, after I graduated I moved closer to the city...My mom moved in with me.... and I don't care. :)
My cousin moved out of her parents mostly because of "house rules". So, if you feel that you cant do things you want to do....
