Since it seems the board is on an 80's kick with Boys of Summer and Reo Speedwagon thread. Let's take a moment to reflect back not only on a one of kind true 80's artist but the awesomeness of 80's videos. Parr represents everything that was right and wrong with the early MTV era. 
Naughty Naughty
This is a great skating rink tune.
St Elmo's Fire Man in Motion
A great classic from St Elmo's Fire. I still can remember Golden Band from Tigerland performing this one at halftime.
Blame it on the Radio
Unfortunately, this one didn't chart anything like his two previous singles posted.
Restless Heart
From The Running Man soundtrack, it didn't get quiet the popularity of Man in Motion but still, you have to appreciate another awesome 80'd video.
Magical
I'm wondering though, what's up with his american flag guitar? He's British.
