OMG!!! Had this at Bob's Chop House in Fort Worth earlier this week. Without a doubt, the best bacon I have ever smacked on. Incredible!

Nueske's Is the best on the market. Benton's Is also very good. If you want to take the time to cure and smoke your own bacon, you will not be dissapointed. Ruhlman's technique will knock you down, guaranteed. You can get raw bellies at Vinh Phat on Florida. I keep the cure simple with only brown sugar, maple syrup, and black pepper as flavorings.

Agreed, awesome product and the shipping rates are great in comparison to others.
