Just caught a glimpse of him as they were showing the services on the evening news.

Did any TDers attend tonight?

Coach Miles was there with his wife and was one of the speakers. He was funny, sincere, emotional, and absolutely fantastic.
He and Shows were friends. Very VERY classy move. Tiger fans should be extremely proud to have Coach Miles.

Coach Ensminger and Coach Peveto were there as well.

It was a very moving memorial tribute to Coach Shows and very deserving.

That's awesome to hear. I was at Ouachita in the Vallery days, but have many friends that played for Shows. It still galls my arse that Ouachita hasn't beat WM in football since Coach Vall left, which is yet another testament to Coach Shows. The man produced unreal football teams, but more importantly he laid the foundation for many great young men out of WM.

Yes, it was a great memorial service to one of the best ever high school coaches.

Les spoke a few minutes.

Saw a few LSU players like Whitworth, Jordan Allen, & I thought I saw Brady James and Mingo as well.

A moving experience, one that many who were there will not forget for a long time.

I was fortunate to be at Rebel Stadium on many a fall Friday night watching 'The Don' coach WM to many victories.

RIP Coach
