LEOs screening vehicles at Bluebonnet and Jefferson

Looked like sheriff's. Didn't see the cars, just saw a couple walking around the street and median. They were shining flashlights on inspection stickers and I'm sure anything else they can find.
They were only screening North bound (coming from the mall) when I passed.
