Yes. There is no dividend date set but the shares will be made as a dividend. The CEO is essentially refusing his vitacig shares and letting mcig have them to have built in equity.

They are looking to be uplisted so that would be 4$ but if both that and the vitacig foes to say 4$ then it would be the equivalent of 8$. Legit company and has a product that sold out inventory from what I hear. Reddit has a page talking about it and positive things. 10$ vape/ ecig for marijuana is cheaper even than ecigs
