Say a catering company owned by a muslim exists and a boy is having a bar mitzvah, and his parents want to hire the muslim catering company. The muslim catering company refuses. Should the muslim catering company be forced to cater to the Bar Mitzvah if they don't want to?

No but hateful horrible people should organize and boycott the business/harass them until they are forced to close.

If the laws are implemented equally and fairly, yes.

Should they be forced to? No, but as long as the laws are on the books, they should be enforced in all situations equally.

No, but we can wait for a problem to arise before getting the government involved.

Here in AZ, our wonderful lawmakers are trying to make laws before any "problems" have arisen. They need to lay off until there is actually a lawsuit before addressing it. Otherwise they fall into the lib trap.

What about a muslim cab driver who has a customer who wants the muslim cab driver to drive him through a drive-thru of a liquor store?

So you think a Jewish family would call upon a Muslim family to cater a Jewish event?

So you think a gay couple would call upon a "Christian" family to make a queer-o-sexual wedding cake?

Like I said, as long as morons create this dumb laws, people should go out of their way to apply them in absurd situations.

No.

But, are there dumbass laws/regulations that could be used to force it to do so? Apparently so.
