I just joined a group locally that sends out a bunch of emails, but the emails often exclude new members that have been added. What they need is a group email service, where you send email to the group account and it forwards it to everyone.

Need a recommendation for one.

Google groups. We use it for our neighborhood. Free.

anyone part of the group can send an email to blahblah@googlegroups.com and everyone will get it.

It's just 30-40 people. Needs to be simple. Google Groups sounds good.
