The wife and I are looking in to getting one. I've been reading up online for awhile now but I would like to know if anyone has any firsthand experience with one?

They are cool looking dogs. I have no experience with them though.

One of my best friends in high school bred them. They are extremely terriotorial. I found out the hard way as it got a hold of my arm and put about a 1" wide gash in my bicep. That particular dog was the most aggressive one they had and it wasnt the norm. Do some research on the particular bloodline you are buying into. They are beautiful dogs.

I think they're so cute. That's all I know. As for the mini part I don't know if that's a smart move, don't they just breed the runts to get smaller and smaller?

Awesome dogs. I believe they are susceptible to deafness and congenital heart disease, so make sure the parents check out.

Personally, I like the full size one. But, I'd rather have a Staffordshire Bull Terrier than either of them.

Thanks for the info. Yeah I been looking around and read about the deafness in the white ones. Growing up I was raised with pits in the house so I'm not to worried about being able to handle him/her. Just was looking if anyone had personal experience with them.

A Mini Bull Terrier isn't a miniature American Stafforshire Terrier or ABPT (Pit Bull). It's a miniature Bull Terrier, different dog. You can't really compare the temperament of an AmStaff or ABPT to that of a Bull Terrier.

This is a Miniature Bull Terrier...

Are you talking about a Pocket Bully?

A Pocket Bully is just a Pit Bull whose bloodline has been bred for short, stocky characteristics.
