Social media? Some are legit but some people act like New Orleans is the only place with street performers.
Guy playing drums on pots and pans: "only in New Orleans!"
Cop dancing with a crowd: "only in New Orleans!"
I've seen the phrase like 6-7 in the past couple days.

No doubt. Traffic and weather are notorious for this.
