I've made a stew with rabbits before. Never did anything else with them.

Best Christmas dinner I've ever had was a rabbit my dad smothered down at the deer camp. I was around 10 or so, skipped out on Christmas morning to chase deer and cotton tail. We ate what we killed for a week!!!

Brown rabbit, smother onions, bellpepper, and garlic and cook da hell outta it!!!

My mom used to cook smothered Chicken and Rotels. My favorite recipe with Rabbit is similar. Lots of onions, garlic, and rotels served over rice.
