Which location? Quite a few you know.
I've eaten at one. Mushroom risotto, a collar of grouper and I have no clue beyond that.
Wine list is nice. Probably the reason for the "no clue" mentioned above.

I haven't eaten at Spago but I did eat at his place in the MGM Grand in Vegas. Get the gnocchi , trust me.
