I typically rinse with soap and water several times. Other methods? Brushes? That liquis that brewers use to sanitize equipment? Thanks in advance

Why not the dishwasher?

Buy a wine decanter cleaner to clean inside. Like a big pipe cleaner.

A simple rinse should do if you clean it out right away. A hot oxy clean soak will work if stuff is really in there. That's what I use on my brewing equipment. They also make PBW (powder brewery wash) that you can get a homebrew stores. That shite is legit, but can get pricey.
